Create your own customized business cards from your computer desktop. Use a program, such as Microsoft Publisher for professional and aesthetically pleasing business cards. Select from a wealth of customizing options for business cards you will be proud to give to your professional contacts.
Step 1
Select the "Business Cards" link from Publication Types in the left pane of Publisher’s opening page. Browse cards from offline and from Microsoft Online templates. Click on the template you like best.
Step 2
Customize your business card from "Format Publication" options on the left pane in the card template. Alter or delete any objects or text boxes you want to change.

Step 3
Insert your company logo in the “Organization” field of the template. Change and/or customize the default color scheme from the Color Scheme option in Format Publication.
Step 4
Use default font style and color or browse available font styles. Insert fonts you like to get an idea of how it will look in the finished product.
Step 5
Enter your company information. Add your company name, location, contact information and website URL in the appropriate fields. Save your work.
