Chinese New Year Card Printing

Macy’s stores in other locations are celebrating the Lunar New Year with additional activities, such as lion dancers, children crafts and cooking demos. Below is a schedule of in-store events and mall events, where relevant.

• Feb. 6, 2 pm—Southcenter in Tukwila, WA.

All-day mall events: Macy’s is also partnering with Southcenter Mall’s celebration in their center court, just outside the Macy’s cosmetics door. Cosmetic events will occur throughout the day, both inside the store and in the mall.

• Feb. 11, 6 pm—Herald Square in NYC

• Feb. 13, 2 pm—South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa, CA; Santa Anita in Arcadia, CA

• Feb. 13, 1 pm—Flushing in Queens, NY

• Feb. 20, 1 pm—Valley Fair in Santa Clara, CA

Mall events: Macy’s is also participating in Valley Fair Mall’s center court celebration. Two informal models wearing “LNY occasion outfits” assembled by a stylist will be passing out special offers for in-store merchandise.

Lunar New Year Gift Ideas for Shoppers

Macy’s is selling special beauty and fragrance products in honor of the Lunar New Year, as well as jewelry, handbags, home goods, candy and clothing for men, women and kids. All these items make ideal gifts for friends and family.

Fashion brands include Michael Kors, Calvin Klein, INC and Karen Scott and Polo.

Participating cosmetic brands include Chanel, Estee Lauder, Lancôme, Clinique, Origins, Shiseido, Clarins, Dior, Bobbi Brown, MAC, YSL, Chanel, Benefit, Kiehl’s and Laura Mercier.
