Seven in 10 of us plan to buy a gift card as a holiday gift this year. Wouldn’t it be great if in buying those holiday gift cards, you were able to receive a free gift card for yourself? Well, in a handful of instances you can.
Like past holiday seasons, retailers, restaurants and other companies are offering promotions that let you get free gift cards when you buy a gift card. Many of these free gift cards are for a nominal amount–$5, for example–and can only be used for a limited time. But free is free. And considering the continued popularity of gift cards, getting more gifts cards for free is surely a good thing.
I’ve found 19 free gift card promotions for Holiday 2015. I’ve presented these offers in alphabetical order. Some have a time limit or are available for one-day only, so be sure to read each one closely to avoid disappointment.
